If you have questions on interoperability and technical standards which you are unable to find the answers to on this site, please send us an email.
This service is available to everyone working in the Australian vocational training and education sector. The help desk is part of the Australian Flexible Learning Framework.
We will attempt to provide an answer within three working days.

- Your name, organisation and phone number and best contact times for us to ring you as well as your email address.
- The context of your question - what you are working on and what you are trying to achieve.
